Darning Machine Setting: A—O B— Prepare your machine for darning as follows: Remove presser foot and drop machine feed. Use feed cover plate No. 41 251 to increase tautness of fabric in hoops and permit free movement. To fasten the feed cover plate to the machine, slip its finger into the hole of the needle plate, as illustrated, turn, and fasten in position with bed slide (see illustration below). -
