When installing in the T120b-E
1.
Exit from all the application programs and shutdown the system.
2.
Turn off the power of the server and disconnect all the power cords from the receptacles.
3.
Remove the left side cover and open the front mask from the server following the User's Guide of
the server.
If a hard disk drive is already installed, disconnect the interface cable and power cable

connected to the drive, remove the screws used to install the 3.5-inch disk cage or 3.5-inch
fixed disk cage, and then remove the drive.
5.
Secure the disk cage to the chassis with four screws provided with the cage.
6.
Hold the shield bracket and insert it into the chassis as shown in the figure below. Then, Hold the
shield bracket and insert it into the chassis as shown in the figure below. Then,
Engage the hook on top of the bracket before inserting the bracket into chassis.
