You can rewind/fastforward to a specific point
of a file.

Title Menu/ Disc Menu (DVD only)

If the current title has a menu, the menu will
appear on the screen.
1. Press [MENU] > [Title Menu] or [Disc Menu]
on the menu display mode.
2. Select the desired item by pressing
[ / / / ].
