Troubleshooting
The following table contains a summary of possible device errors, their causes
and recommended corrective measures.
Symptom
Nominal press force will not be
reached
Air leaks out of the press on
standstill
Press ram moves sideways or
is jammed
After normal stroke press
moves up only very slowly
Press moves down too slow /
too fast
Press does not stop in the
bottom dead center (BDC)
