the test with a new strip and using the
correct technique. If the problem persists,
contact your local customer service for
assistance.

dose with enough blood.
The operating temperature range is from
8°C to 45°C (46.4°F to 113°F). Repeat
the test after the device and test strip
have reached the above-mentioned
operating temperature.
Ensure the date and time settings of the
meter are correct and up to date. Insert the
code strip again. If the problem persists,
please check the expiry date of the test
strip.
Discard the expired test strips. Use a new
test strip that is in date and repeat the test.
