Toroid winding step 1
Place the two strands of wire together. Here we see two different coloured wires,
whereas the solderable enamelled wire we will use will be the same copper colour for
each strand.
Note that when winding with solderable enamelled wire, you do not need to cut the wire
into two pieces. Instead, you may simply 'fold' the length supplied into two strands.
Clamp both strands of wire. Here a vice is used. However, if you do not have one of
these, you can improvise. Anything that will hold both wires, while they are twisted
together will suffice.
