As with all textiles, Luxaflex
fabrics are subject to some variations.
®
Slight wrinkling, puckering or bowing is inherent in textile products and
should be considered normal, acceptable quality. Precautions should
be taken to reduce exposure to harsh environmental elements, such
as salt air. Continuous exposure through open windows and doors
will accelerate the fabric deterioration. Additionally, there will be slight
differences in pattern alignment from the fabric on the rails to the fabric
of the shade, which do not detract from the product's appeal. Variations
in colour and/or pattern irregularities are unique characteristics that
contribute to the classic beauty of the softshade.

  • Page 3 Welcome to the Luxaflex lifestyle Thank you for purchasing Luxaflex Pirouette ® ® Shadings. With proper operation and care your new blinds will provide years of beauty and performance. Please review this instruction booklet thoroughly for operation and care information.
  • Page 4 Operation EasyRise operation To lower the shading: 1. Pull down on the rear cord of the cord loop. 2. With the shading fully lowered, continue to pull the rear cord to open the vanes. To raise the shading: 1. With the shading fully lowered, pull down on the front cord of the cord loop.
  • Page 5 To open the vanes: 1. Continue to pull out on the cord at an angle greater than 25 degrees after lowering the shading completely. To close the vanes and raise the shading: 1. Pull the cord straight out from the fabric at an angle greater than 25 degrees.
  • Page 6 SoftTouch operation ® To lower the shading: Briefly pull the wand down to move the shading in the down/closed direction. The shading will move to the fully closed position. To open the vanes: With the shading fully lowered, briefly pull the wand down to open the vanes.
  • Page 7 Care and cleaning Pirouette Shadings are made of 100% polyester, which means they are inherently durable and resilient. However, care must be taken to avoid wrinkling the fabric, particularly where the vanes meet the sheer backing fabric. Routine maintenance Dusting Regular light dusting with a feather duster is all the cleaning needed in most circumstances.
