Satco NUVO 60/492 Assembly Instruction

NOTE:
1.The fixture can be assembled as semi-flush OR hanging pendant .If assembling as hanging pendant,
the consumer needs to buy the pendant hardware kits separately.
2. Please consult a qualified electrician if you are not certain of the installation or servicing.
CAUTION:
Before starting the installation or servicing, disconnect the power by turning off the circuit
breaker or by removing the fuse at the fuse box.

※ Installations for semi-flush

1. Carefully unpack the fixture, lay out all parts on a clean surface.
2. Attach the Cross Bar to Outlet Box using the Outlet Box Screws provided.
3. Tie ground wire from fixture and from Outlet Box to the Ground Screw on the Cross Bar. Position wires back
inside Outlet Box. Connect the wire with writing on it from fixture to the black wire from the supply circuit.
Connect the wire without writing on it (with raised ribs) from fixture to the white wire from the supply circuit.
Cover the connections using provided Wire Connectors.
4. Place the Canopy to the Outlet Box by aligning the protruding Mounting Screws all the way through the
Canopy and tighten the fixture using Lock Nuts provided. Fasten the fixture until it is firmly held.
5. Install the bulbs. (Included)
6. Place the Glass Shade to the fixture as drawing.
7. Turn on the power.
