ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTION Step 1: Fix the enhance tube (7) in the front frame (1) with hex bolt (14) and flat washer (15).And Then fix the front frame (1) and rear frame(2) with hex bolt(17), flat washer(15) and nylon nut(18).Finally, insert the safe pole(11) to the rear frame(2). Step 2: Fix the left and right handlebar (6L/R) in the rear frame (2) with hex bolt (17), flat washer (15) and nylon nut (19). - Page 13 Step 3: Fix the back rest tube (3) in the rotary tube (5) with hex bolt (25), flat washer (15) and ball nut (19). Step 4: Fix the foam tube (10) in the ratchet wheel of the handle tube (8), and then fix another foam tube (10) in the adjustable tube (4).
