PROBLEM
PC Share Manager function
I can see folders shared through the PC
Share Manager, but I cannot see the files.
AllShare function
Video is played intermittently.
AllShare connection between TV and PC is
unstable.
BD-LIVE
I cannot connect to the BD-LIVE server.
When using the BD-LIVE service, an error
occurs.
NOTE
When the factory default settings are restored, all the stored user BD data is deleted.
Share Manager shows only Image, Music, and Movie fi les. Files that do not
correspond to these categories are not displayed.
Check if the network is stable.
Check if the network cable is properly connected and if the network is
overloaded.
The wireless connection between the server and the player is unstable.
Check the connection.
IP addresses under the same sub-network should be unique, otherwise IP
confl icts can occur causing unstable internet connections.
Check if you have a fi rewall enabled.
If so, disable the fi rewall function.
Check whether the network connection is successful or not by using the
Network Test menu. (See page 47)
Check whether a USB memory device is connected to the player or not.
The memory device must have at least 1GB of free space to accommodate
the BD-LIVE service.
You can check the available size in BD Data Management. (See page 42)
Please check whether the BD-LIVE Internet Connection menu is set to
Allow (All).
If all above fails, contact the contents provider or update to the latest
fi rmware.
