2. INSTALLATION CARAVAN
Please do not use the filter unit behind unpressurized boiler!
Do not connect to a shower mixer!
Operate the filter system only with cold water!
For the installation of the AquaAvanti inline filter system in motorhomes, caravans and
boats, there is another installation set in the box than for the kitchen installation at
home. The set consists of a short white 3/8 „hose, a ball valve with wall bracket and
two plug-in connectors on which you can attach a hose with an inner diameter of
about 10mm and fasten with hose clamps.
1.
Disconnect the water supply to the cold water supply hose under the sink to inter-
rupt the flow of water.
2.
Unscrew the cold water hose from the existing water tap.
3.
Screw the wall-mounting clip of the ball valve to the wall. Make sure there is suffi-
cient distance to install the filter head.
4.
Insert (plug in) the 10 mm hose connector into the ball valve (water supply) on the
left side.
5.
Insert (plug in) the 10 mm hose adapter into the filter head on the right side.
6.
Attach the cold water hose of your faucet on the right filter head side on the
pluged in 10mm hose connector with a hose clamp.
7.
Attach the cold water hose to the plugged in 10mm connector at the left side of
the ball valve.
8.
If other Hose thicknesses, please ask your dealer for other adaptation options
!
