Possible Causes
The length of the soft pipe
inserted into water
discharge pipe is too long
The washer pauses

Incorrect water pressure

discharge pipe and the
ground is more than 1.2m
Soft water discharge pipe
has kinks, or is blocked by
fibre residue
The washer pauses
(blinking signal light).
The machine automatically
locks its door during
programme operation.
The machine automatically
updates the remaining
duration. When a step in
the selected programme is
completed, before the next step
begins, the timing
signal will light up and the
machine recalculate the
remaining time.
The machine detects too
much foam.
The washer gently tumbles
the laundry.
The selected programme is not
suited for the laundry
load or type.
Solution
Length of soft pipe inserted should not
exceed 20cm.
Press " Start/Pause " button to reactivate
the machine.
Contact utility company or plumbing
professionals to adjust water pressure.
Refer to page 9 for installation guide and the
correct height requirement.
Smoothen/ unblock the pipe.
Press " Start/Pause " button to reactivate
the machine.
Wait till the selected programme is
completed, door will automatically
unlock itself.
This is a common washer feature.
Timing signal will display estimated
remaining duration, subject to water
pressure, amount of detergent used,
laundry type and load.
The machine detects at the end of a
programme or during washing that there is
too much foam. Use less detergent in the next
wash. Refer to page 15 for
details.
At the spin begins, the drum will rotate
slowly to adjust to the load. You may
load in more laundry in the next wash to
accelerate the drum rotation.
' Normal ' and ' Slow ' spin option is not
suitable for some programmes. Refer to page
16 for detailed information.
