Do not rely solely upon the RSA. The RSA assists the driver by providing road sign
information, but it is not a replacement for the driver' s own vision and awareness. Driving
safely is solely the responsibility of the driver. Pay careful attention to the surrounding
conditions in order to ensure safe driving.
