HCS I/O4000 Temperature

Application
Temperature I/O module for HCS Central Interface Module
(CIM).
● Four measuring inputs for temperature in two-wire
technology or two measuring inputs for temperature in
four-wire technology.
● Four analog inputs for 0...20 mA
The measured values are transferred via the fieldbus and
can be evaluated and further processed by the user. Refer
to the Operating Instructions.

Inserting the I/O module (see Figure 2)
NOTICE
The I/O module may only be inserted or removed when the
power is off.
Tool: You will need a Torx T8 screwdriver.
1. Remove the blanking cover from the CIM module slot.
2. Insert the I/O module into the slot and push it in as far as
it will go.
3. Secure the module with two screws
Display elements (see Figure 3)
Operating state LED lit green: Power on /
initialization status
Error LED LED lit red: Fault status
X1: Analog inputs 0...20 mA (see Figure 3)
8-pin connector with spring-loaded connection. The mating
connectors are included in the scope of supply.
