04.1.12 Troubleshooting

CONTROL SYSTEM (PCB)
The control system board is attached to the white ra-
diator (Figure 19), which in turn is attached to the alu-
minum housing.
This assembly should not be disassembled under any
circumstances, not even to confirm if the screws are
properly fixed.
Otherwise, poor heat dissipation could occur, causing
frequent stops in operation to prevent the circuit from
overheating.
BATTERY

If the battery does not work, check if it is charged and
if the charger works correctly. When plugging in the
charger a red light should come on if it is charging, or
a green light if charging is complete. If not, the charger
may be defective, replace it.

If the charger is working properly, check the 2 battery
fuses (Figure 20).
Use a voltmeter to check that the circuit is not open.
In case either of the two fuses is defective, replace it
with a new one.

If the battery still does not work, it is defective. Return
it to the manufacturer and it will be replaced free of
charge during the warranty period.
