Problem
Steam oven does not
work.
Steam leakage from
oven door
Possible Cause
Door is not closed tightly.
Poor contact of door control
switch.
Door is not closed tightly
Door sealant is off or
damaged.
The oven releases steam
when steam pressure is too
big.
Suggested Solution
Close the door properly.
Contact the customer
service.
Close the door properly.
Replace the door seal or
contact the customer service.
That is normal.
