- Page 3 STEP 1 Insert the Gas Lift (E) to the Five-jaw Base (F) , then snap in the Wheels (G) to the bottom of Base as shown in below diagram. STEP 2 Attach the Seat Plate (D) to the Seat (B) by using Allen Bolt (I) and Allen Bolt (H) and Allen Wrench(M).
- Page 4 STEP 3 Attach the Back (A) to the Seat (B) by using Allen Bolt (J) and Allen Wrench (M). F R O STEP 4 Insert the Gas Lift to the Seat Plate as shown in below diagram.
- Page 5 STEP 5 Attach the Armrest (C) to the back and seat by using Allen Bolt (K) and Allen Wrench (M) as shown in below diagram. STEP 6 Press the Plastic Cap (L) into the holes of armrest to cover bolts and sit down on Seat Cushion. Sitting on the Seat Cushion applies even pressure on the Gas lift and Star Base and ensure them in place.
- Page 6 STEP 7 After initial assembly, the product may acclimate to its new environment. Please ensure all screws are still securely tightened.
