- Page 5 STEP 1 Insert the Gas Lift (C) to the Five-jaw Base (D) , then snap in the Wheels (E) as shown in below diagram. STEP 2 Attach the Seat Plate (J) to the Seat (B) by using Allen long Bolt (F) and Allen Wrench (I).
