Where to get help

Dell EMC uses the following conventions for special notices:
DANGER
DANGER indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, will result in death
or serious injury.
WARNING
WARNING indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, could result in
death or serious injury.
CAUTION
CAUTION, used with the safety alert symbol, indicates a hazardous situation
which, if not avoided, could result in minor or moderate injury.
NOTICE
NOTICE is used to address practices not related to personal injury.
Note
A note presents information that is important, but not hazard-related.
Dell EMC technical support, documentation, release notes, software updates, or
information about Dell EMC products can be obtained on the Dell EMC Online Support
site https://support.emc.com(registration required).
Note
To open a service request through the Dell EMC Online Support site, you must have a
