    OWNER’S MANUAL S5023 3.2 EMI & RFI Information Electromagnetic interference (EMI) tests have shown to produce adverse effects on the performance and control of electrically powered mobility devices. EMI can be produced from different sources such as cellular phones, two-way radios, radio station, television stations, amateur radio transmitters (HAM), wireless computer links, microwave signals, paging transmitters, and transceivers used by emergency vehicles.

When release gas spring handle, then handle bar will naturally be locked tightly. Do not adjust the angle of handle while driving the scooter.   • Page 18 OWNER’S MANUAL Anti-Tip Wheel The anti-tip wheels are designed to prevent from scooter overturn on slope. 1. Check the anti-tip wheels periodically. 2. Never remove anti-tip wheels without the assistance of technician. Electromagnetic Brake Lever The scooter is equipped with Electromagnetic brake. Please do not switch off the brake whilst in operation.

    OWNER’S MANUAL 5.BATTERIES & CHARGING Charging Your Scooter Turn off the power before charging. To charge your scooter, plug the charger into the scooter, and then into the electrical outlet. When the battery is fully charged remove the charger from the scooter.
  • Page 20 OWNER’S MANUAL Battery Usage The product uses a maintenance-free sealed lead-acid battery without adding water. There is no need to check the amount of battery liquid and add water. The battery must be fully charge prior to any trip. 1. Under normal circumstances, it takes 1-8 hours to charge the battery according to the power consumption.
