12.6 Install Netflix on TV

To install and see Netflix on TV you need to fulfill following points:
You need to have an AppControl account and accept the Pre-Authorized Apps and have
confirmation that you are authorized to use Netflix
You can read the T&C again via the AppControl portal
Netflix needs to be installed in your app control profile
Diagnostic Logging need to be enabled and location needs to be set to [Portal]
PMS needs to be enabled
A guest needs to be checked in in TV in order to see the Netflix application in TV
Note: In case you are developing a custom dashboard that contains Netflix then your custom dashboard
needs to be certified by Netflix. If you don't know this process, get in touch with the support team who
will help you with this via https://www.philips.com/pds/support

12.7 Capture logs from TV on USB

Sometimes if you would have a problem, it can be requested by the technical team to share a clone
file and logs of the issue you have reported.
To make logs you need to do following steps:
Create a new text file on a FAT32 formatted USB stick
Rename the "New Text Document.txt" file to "TPVisionDebug.cookie" (including renaming the
.txt into .cookie)
