In addition to the special features and components outlined in
the Special Features section, there are several other important
components that are referenced in this manual.

ULTRA-CAPACITY STAINLESS STEEL DRUM
The ultra-large stainless steel drum offers extreme durability
and is tilted to improve efficiency and allow easier access for
large items.
WATER CIRCULATION AND STEAM NOzzLES

The water circulation nozzles spray the water/detergent
solution directly onto garments for super cleaning
performance. During LG's unique high-efficiency STEAM
cycles, the steam nozzle injects fabrics with hot steam to
gently remove tough stains.
LEVELING FEET

Four leveling feet (two in the front and two in the back) adjust
to improve washer stability on uneven floors.
DRAIN ACCESS PANEL

Provides access to the drain line and drain pump filter.
5 PLC MODEM ACCESS PANEL
This panel covers the PLC modem and
should only be removed by a technician or
servicer, or when installing the optional
Remote Laundry Monitor (purchased separately).
• USAGE OF CLEANING CLOTH
DIRECTION: Saturate the cloth with Stainless Steel Cleaner
and wipe the surface in the direction of the brush marks.
NOTE: Cloth itself will not scratch surfaces, but can pick up
particles that may scratch.
CARE INSRUCTION: Do not iron. Do not use fabric softener.
Wash separately or with non-linting articles. Warm machine
washing and low heat drying keep it in best performance.
Stainless Steel Cleaner Directions
1. Shake well before using.
2. Apply a small amount of cleaner to paper towel or sponge and
rub surface to be cleaned.
3. Polish surface with clean, dry paper towel or cloth.

To reduce the risk of injury to persons when using this cleaner,
follow basic precautions, including the following:
1) Do not put into your eyes. Failure to follow this warning can result
in injury. If it comes in contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly with
water.
2) Do not swallow this cleaner. Failure to do so can result in injury.
If in taken internally, do not induce vomiting; call a physician.
3) When using, gloves need to be put on. Failure to follow this
warning can result in injury. If it comes in contact with skin, wash
with soap and water.
4) Do not operate the product with this cleaner in the drum. Failure
to do so can result in damage of cloth.
5) Keep out of reach of children. Failure to do so can result in injury.
