- Page 3 ENLIGHTENING. Famous for its noiseless clean sustain, the Philosopher’s Tone has staked its claim in the crowded world of compressor pedals. In addition to Volume and Sustain controls, the Philosopher’s Tone features a parallel Blend knob that allows the musician to mix their instrument’s original tone with the compressed sound effect.
- Page 4 EXPLANATION OF CONTROLS Volume: Sets the overall output volume. Sustain: Sets the amount of sustain. Treble: Boosts or cuts treble at 2kHz. Blend: Mixes your compressed effect with your clean signal. Philosopher’s Tone requires a negative tip, 9VDC power supply. Philosopher’s Tone does not take batteries.
- Page 5 If your product is destroyed, lost or damaged beyond repair while in the possession of Pigtronix for repair, Pigtronix will replace that product with one of the same or most similar style of a value not in excess of the original purchase price of your pedal. Any insurance covering the pedal, including but not limited to collector’s value insurance, must be carried by you at your expense.
