Apples and peas
– 50 g frozen peas
– 50 g frozen soya beans
– 1/2 apple (ca. 50 g)
– 150 g apple juice
■ Peel and core the apple and cut it into
pieces.
■ Rinse the peas and soya beans under
running water.
■ Put the apple, peas and soya beans
into boiling water and let them stand for
3 minutes.
■ Rinse the cooked ingredients in a
sieve under running water and then
place them in iced water for a further
3 minutes to cool.
■ Placed the cooked ingredients and the
apple juice in the blender jug.
■ Blend for 30 seconds at speed u.
Avocado cream
– 75 g apple or pear
– 50 g avocado
– 75 g water
■ Peel and core the apple or pear and cut
it into pieces.
■ Gently simmer the pieces in a little water
on a low heat until they are soft.
■ Peel the avocado, cut it into pieces and
remove the stone.
■ Placed the cooked ingredients and the
piece of avocado in the blender jug.
■ Blend for 30 seconds at speed u.
Sportsman's cocktail
– 100 g oranges
– 35 g lemon
– 1/2 tsp sugar or honey
– 80 ml apple juice
– 85 ml mineral water
■ Peel the oranges and lemons, cut into
pieces and remove the pips.
■ Place all the ingredients in the
blender jug.
■ Blend for 30 seconds at speed u.
