    Assembly Checklist Read through the instructions carefully Make sure you have all the required tools. before you begin. Never use power tools unless instructed. Unless instructed, do not fully tighten Identify and lay out all of the screws until the item is fully assembled. components before you begin assembly.

  • Page 5 Step 1 You will need 12 x Small 8 x Cam Bolts Screws (H5) (H3) 4 x CL Runner Phillips Head (P2) Tracks (H6) Screwdriver Attach 8 x Cam Bolts (H3) to Left Side Panel (P2) as shown by tightening with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.
  • Page 6 (P6) Step 3 You will need (P6) 4 x Dowels (H1) Insert 4 x Dowels (H1) into Bottom Panel (P14). (P14) Attach Rails (P6 x 2) to Bottom Panel (P14) as shown. Ensure the grooves in the Top Step 4 Panel (P1), Bottom Panel (P14) and Shelf Panel (P4) are located at the back of the unit.

  • Page 8 Step 7 You will need 4 x Plastic (P3) Hammer Glides (H11) (P2) Secure 4 x Plastic Glides (H11) to the bottom of Left & Right Side Panels (P2 & P3) as shown using the Hammer. Step 8 You will need 5 x Small Cam Phillips Head Bolts (H14)
  • Page 9 Step 9 (P8) (P12) You will need 1 x Dowel 5 x Small Cam (H1) Nuts (H15) (P9) Phillips Head Screwdriver This is how a cam nut works..The head of the cam bolt goes into the open mouth of the (P7) cam nut.
  • Page 10 Step 11 You will need 6 x Long Phillips Head (P11) Screws (H2) Screwdriver (P8) (P9) Attach Drawer Back (P11) to Left & Right Drawer Sides (P8 & P9) and Support Rail (P12) with 6 x Long Screws (H2) by tightening with the Phillips Head Screwdriver. Ensure the drawer base lines up with the grooves all the way around the drawer before securing.
  • Page 11 Step 13 Gently insert the assembled drawers into the unit by carefully lining up the drawer runners with the drawer runner tracks. Step 14 You will need 2 x Hanging Rail 1 x Hanging (P3) Supports (H16) Rail (H10) (P2) 4 x Small Phillips Head Screws (H5)
  • Page 12 Step 15 (P1) You will need (P5) 12 x Wedges 12 x Wedge (P5) (H12) Screws (H13) (P2) (P3) Phillips Head Screwdriver (P13) (P13) Secure Back Panels (P5 x 2 & P13 x 2) in place with 12 x Wedges (H12) and 12 x Wedge Screws (H13) by tightening with the Phillips Head Screwdriver.

    Step 17 You will need 1 x Washer Phillips Head wall (H19) Screwdriver Screw and Wall Plug are not provided. Please use appropriate Screw fixtures for your wall. Seek advice from a qualified trades person on how to attach this safety strap to your specific wall.
