- Page 4 ASSEMBLY NOTE: When attaching hardware, hand tighten only until the unit is together, then use the appropriate tools to tighten the hardware. 1. Put a wheel at the end of the axle and secure it with a flat washer and cotter key.
- Page 5 ASSEMBLY 7. Attach the vertical support panel to the center and top shelves using bolts, washers and nuts. 8. Insert the chains through the holes in the vertical support panel. 9. Tighten all hardware and attach the handle to the top shelf using bolts, washers and nuts.
