"craft" in this manual are interchangeable terms and means a craft that uses a built-in electric motor. The motor drives a jet pump, which is the primary source of propulsion. The Jetsurf is designed to be operated by a person ("rider" or "user") standing or kneeling on the board. The direction of the movement of the Jetsurf is controlled by the movement of the rider, the speed is controlled by the throttle control trigger located in the control handle. -

3 SAFETY WARNINGS 3.16. SAFE WATER OPERATION Laws, rules, regulations and how to enforce them have been developed around the world to ensure the safe and proper operation of all crafts. It is the responsibility of the owner and / or user to familiarize themselves with all applicable regulations of the authorities managing the waters in which the motorized surfboard will be operated. - Page 17 "Craft which gives way". 5 OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 5.1. CONTROL HANDLE Jetsurf ELECTRIC comes with a control handle that controls the motor speed. Along with the handle, a magnetic shut-off key with a paracord bracelet is also supplied, which is used to activate and start the Jetsurf. -

(2). When riding a Jetsurf ELECTRIC, visually check the correct operation of the cooling system. Water should fl ow continuously out of the cooling system water outlet (2). If you do not see the water, stop riding immediately and inspect the craft. - Page 32 • After a while, the water will start to fl ow out of the inlet (B), which is located at the jet pump. Do not use the charger if the cable, connector, or any of its components are damaged or dirty. Warning (Risk of injury) The safety of the Jetsurf ELECTRIC battery is only guaranteed if the original charger is used. The battery may only be charged with the original charger. -

6 BATTERY AND CHARGING Warning (Material Damage) Charging at temperatures above 30 °C (86 °F) may cause the battery to overheat and be damaged. Never charge the battery immediately after riding. Allow the battery to cool fi rst. The charger has sensitive electronics and must be handled with due care. The charger may be damaged or destroyed by falls, shocks or other mechanical overloads. -

6 BATTERY AND CHARGING 6.11. INFORMATION DISPLAYED ON THE CHARGER DISPLAY • When the charger is connected to the mains, the display lights up and after a while shows that it is ready for charging. At this point, it is possible to enter the charging mode setting by long pressing the button (D). -

Warning (Danger of accident) Before attempting the fi rst ride without the supervision of an authorized dealer or Jetsurf trainer, make sure that you have read and understood the manual that comes with the Jetsurf ELECTRIC. Familiarize yourself with the laws that apply to the waters where the motosurf will be operated. -

For a sharp start in the water, it is essential to fi nd a suitable place to start riding. The water from which the Jetsurf will take off must be of suffi cient depth, otherwise there is a risk of damage to the fi ns. The minimum depth is 50 cm. Keep in mind that after accelerating the motor and jumping on the boat, the back of the board can sink by 10-20 cm. -

11 STORAGE 11.1. SHORT-TERM STORAGE For short-term storage, for example between riding days, it is suffi cient to follow the steps described in chapter 10, “After the ride”.
