You will need
8 x Flat washers
(H2)
8 x Spring washers
(H3)
8 x Bolts
(H4)
1 x Spanner
(H5)
(H2)
(H3)
(P2)
(H4)
(H5)
(P1)
Put spring washer (H3) and then flat washer (H2) onto bolt (H4).
Align the legs (P2) with table top (P1) and fix with bolt (H4).
Use spanner (H5) to tighten.
