4.2.4. Other errors

1) Multi-Feeding
• Description : Multiple sheets of paper are fed at once.
Cause and Check Point
Pick up solenoid or feed clutch is defective.
Pick up roller and friction pad are contaminated.
2) No power
• Description : When system power is turned on, the printer does not warm up or LCD panel is blank.
Cause and Check Point
Check that the power code is plugged into electrical outlet.
The power input and SMPS output are abnormal.
LCD panel is defective.

4. Alignment and Troubleshooting
Solution
Replace the solenoid or clutch.
Clean the contaminated roller with soft cloth with
Isopropyl Alcohol.
Solution
Plug the power code.
Replace the SMPS.
1) Replace the LCD panel
2) If the problem persists, replace the OPE board.
