My xray machine turns on and lights up. But a lock symbol keeps flashing on the top.The button to slide to lock the trigger in not engaged either, It will tell me its ready for exposure but when I pull the trigger nothing happens. What could possibly be wrong?

The flashing lock symbol on the Dexcowin COCOON DX-7020 X-ray machine indicates that the X-ray exposure is locked. This prevents the device from taking an exposure. The Lock Mode can be adjusted from the main control screen, so the flashing symbol suggests that the Lock Mode is active and must be deactivated to proceed with exposure.

The Dexcowin COCOON DX-7020 battery may not be charging due to the following reasons:

1. The adapter is not properly connected to the external battery or outlet.
2. The adapter light is not on, indicating no power supply.
3. The battery may be faulty or past its recommended replacement period (over two years old).
4. The charging dock or adapter may be malfunctioning.

Verify connections and replace the battery if it is old or damaged.
