Battry not charge
The Dexcowin Cocoon battery may not be charging due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. External backup battery is attached – Charging the internal battery requires that the external backup battery is not connected.
2. Improper connections – The AC power cord must be connected to the charger, and the DC output connector must be properly connected to the cradle.
3. LED indicators – If the LED indicators on the cradle and DC adapter do not turn red, charging may not be occurring. This could indicate a faulty connection or issue with the charger.
4. Device not properly inserted – The main body handle must be fully inserted into the cradle for charging to begin.
Ensure all connections are correct and the external battery is disconnected during charging.
