There's some slip between Clutch Spring and
Drum Plate.

CAUSE
Refer to the TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW
CHART.
Reassemble the Hose Inlet As.
Refer to the TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW
CHART.
Remove the bond in the hole and reassemble
the Air Tube.
Cut the end parts and reassemble with bond.
(When re-checking do it after drain fully.)
Refer to the TROUBLE SHOOTING FLOW
CHART.
Change Gear Mechanism As.
Adjust the overlap of Clutch Tip and Clutch Boss
to 3.5mm~5mm. (deform the Clutch Lever.)
Change Clutch Spring or Gear Mechanism As.
Repair damaged parts.
