5. TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

Note : P ull out the pow er plug prior repair and m ake sure that th e W ashing m achine has been
p roperly grounded.
Concerning W ash
Problem
Is the Power properly connected?
Pulsator does
not rotate.
Is there a whirring sound from the
W ash Motor when turned on?

Is the M otor hot?
(In case there is Thermal Protector)
Is the W iring good?
(Refer to the W iring Diagram)
Is the contact of W ash Tim er good?
Is the wash load appropriate?
Pulsator does not
rotate smoothly.
Are the Pulsator and Motor Pulley
securely assem bled?
Does the V-Belt slip?
Are there impurities between the
Pulsator and Tub.
Does the pulsator shaft rotate propely
when the pulsator has been
disassem bled?

Reconnect the Power Cord.
Reconnect the Condenser.
Power restored when
Motor cools
Reconnect the wiring.
Replace Wash Timer.
Replace W ash Motor.
Reload with proper wash
load.
Tighten the screws fixed
on the Pulley.
Replace V-Belt
Remove impurities after
disassembling pulsator.
Replace pulsator.
Replace Case Shaft As..
