Attach the Backrest Frames to Hole the Backrest Post (111) with an M10 x 168mm Bolt (46), two M10 Washers (66), and an M10 Locknut (65).

Then, press a 19mm Round Cap (134) into each Foam Pad. Repeat this step with the other Short Pad Tube (129), Foam Pads (128), and 19mm Round Caps (134).

Tighten two M12 x 25mm Patch Screws (91) into the lower Hinge Frames (5). 16. Attach the Foot Plate (28) to the Center Upright (3) with two M12 x 75mm Screws (88).

Tighten the remaining three Weight Storage Tubes (not shown) onto the Right Upright (2). 24. Set a Barbell Rest (30) onto the Left Upright (1). Set the other Barbell Rest (30) onto the Right Upright (2) at the same height.

Secure the weights with a Spring Collar (27). You can store unused weights on the Weight Storage Tubes (not shown) on the Uprights (not shown).

Use the diagram to make sure that the cables and the cable traps are assembled correctly. If the cables and the cable traps are not assembled correctly, the weight bench will not function properly and dam- age may occur.
