Intended Use
This sturdy, extra wide, height adjustable
chair is for use in a shower. It can support a
client weight up to 40st (254kg) and features a
padded back for comfort and side handles to
provide extra support

Before using this product it is
recommended that a full risk assessment
is carried out.
Do not exceed the maximum user weight
limit.
Ensure an even floor surface to avoid
rocking.
The four ferrules must be in contact with
the floor at all times.
Periodically check all legs for total
movement.
Do not stand on the seat or any other part
of the product.

Assembly and Installation
Remove from the packaging and check all
parts are present and free from damage.
If you see or suspect a fault do not use,
contact your dealer immediately
Assembly
Fit the four adjustable legs into the frame.
Slide the legs to the desired height and
secure with the e-clips supplied
Ensure all legs are at the same height to
prevent rocking.
Check that all the e-clips are secured
correctly
Fit the removable back by sliding into the
location tubes on the seat frame.
Secure in position; check the handwheel
screws are located in the dimples then turn
both handles clockwise until tight
The chair is now ready to use.
Before use, check that the surface it is to
be placed on is level and even and the
chair does not rock or move.
