    Air decontaminator and cleaner Tion Clever 3. SAFETY MEASURES The following designations are used throughout this User Manual: CAUTION! Failure to conform to these requirements may cause breakdown of the device or create conditions that are dangerous to human health or life.
  • Page 7 User manual Before putting the device into operation please leave it in a warm room for 4 hours to avoid its failure, formation of condensation and damage to its plastic parts after storing or transporting the device at low temperatures. Do not operate the device in rooms with the air temperature below +10°C and above +35°C.

  • Page 10 Air decontaminator and cleaner Tion Clever 5.2. Principle of operation УThe device is mounted/installed onto a wall or a movable base . The fan unit (Fig. 5.1, item 2) creates a constant pressure drop inside the device, providing a directed air flow.

    Air decontaminator and cleaner Tion Clever 6. GETTING READY TO START 6.1. Unboxing and visual inspection Inspect the device after transportation: remove it from the transport package and make sure that it is not damaged. If there is damage ask the deliverer to confirm the damage in writing.
  • Page 17 User manual If two devices are installed in a room they should be placed as far away from each other as possible, for example, at the opposite walls of the room. When placing the device it is necessary to ensure the free flow of air into the device and the free release of air from it.

  • Page 21 User manual 6.4. Electrical connection To put the device into operation, connect it to a power outlet using a cable with a plug. Required network parameters: single-phase, 230 V~, 50 Hz with protective ground. Parallel connection with other devices is allowed, provided that the rules of electrical and fire safety are observed.
  • Page 22 Air decontaminator and cleaner Tion Clever 7. SERVICE MAINTENANCE 7.1. General provisions The device requires periodic maintenance during operation. Maintenance of the device consists of cleaning the electrostatic charger unit, replacing the pre-cleaning filter and replacing complex filters. The frequency of service depending on the operating conditions is given in Table 7.1.

The rupture of the electrode will lead to a decrease in filtration efficiency and deterioration of the device's disinfecting properties. If the plates or electrodes can not be cleaned with the alcohol solution use 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide to remove the contamination.
