S-Stage V KIT
Now kit is available from us which can bore up to 88cc with a normal 55cc cylinder head installed. Thus,
with this kit you can enjoy the feeling of a heavy engine. We have developed this kit as a street youth kit
which you can assemble as easily as a plastic model and with which you can study the engine structure.
・Thank you for purchasing TAKEGAWA's products. Please strictly follow the following instructions in installing this kit.
・ Before fitting this kit, please be sure to check the contents of the kit. Should you have any questions about the products, please kindly contact your dealer.
◎ Please note that, in some cases, the illustrations and photos may vary from the actual hardware.
This S Stage kit is so designed to achieve a higher compression ratio than stock engines. So, high-octane gasoline should
always be used. In case regular gasoline is used, abnormal combustion will take place, and the engine cannot achieve its
original performance. Moreover, it is highly likely that the piston will be damaged, leading to a serious failure of a motorcycle.
Before installing this kit, make sure that no regular gasoline remains in the fuel tank. In case regular gasoline is remaining in the
fuel tank, do replace it with high-octane gasoline.
Be sure to replace a spark plug with C8HSA (NGK) or U24FS-U(DENSO). In case of a resistor spark plug, change the plug to
CR8HSA (NGK) or U24FSR-U(DENSO). Determine the heat value of a spark plug depending on how much it is burnt.

other manufacturers' parts as well as genuine parts. And please use our parts for repairs.
◎ Bolts, nuts and dowel pins are to be reused except for severely worn or damaged ones, which please do replace with new ones.
◎If you use a stock carburetor, do not remove an air cleaner box or an air cleaner element. If you change the carburetor, please reset the setting to match

The following show the envisioned possibility of injuries to human bodies and property damage as a result of disregarding the following
Caution
cautions.
・Always try to drive your motorcycle at a legal speed, abiding by the laws.
・Work only when the engine and the muffler are cool. (Otherwise, you will burn yourself.)
・Prepare right tools for the work. (Otherwise, improper work could cause breakage of parts or injuries to yourself.)
・Always use a torque wrench to screw bolts and nuts tight and securely to the specified torque.
(Improper torque could cause these parts to get damaged or fall off.)
・As some products and frames have sharp edges or protruding portions, please work with your hands protected. (Otherwise, you will suffer injuries.)
・Before riding, always check every section for slack in parts like screws. If you find slack ones, screw them securely up to the specified torque.
(Or improper torque may cause parts to come off.)
※ Screw fully the cylinder head to the specified torque.
・Always use new gaskets, and packings. And check those parts to be reused for wear and damage. If you find wear or damage, replace them with
   new ones.
The following show the envisioned possibility of human death or serious injuries to human bodies as a result of disregarding the following
