(3) Handling of Printed Paper
(a) Stacker Positions
C911/C931/C941/Pro9541WT is equipped with two stackers that hold paper it printed (a
face-down stacker in its upper portion, and a face-down stacker at its left). The
face-down stacker holds a large quantity of comparatively lightweight paper. Situated
straight to the printer's paper route to the face-up stacker, the face-up stacker can stack
heavyweight paper. The face-up stacker is usually closed, and needs to be opened
manually before it is used.
(b) Face-down Stacker
The face-down stacker at the upper portion of C911/C931/C941/Pro9541WT can hold
45 to 275kg ( 52 to 360 g/m
( 80gsm ) printed at an area coverage within 5% can be put face down in the stacker
under ordinary temperature and humidity unless the paper take up much space in
height. Heavy paper more than 275Kg( 320gsm ), custom size plain paper, labels,
envelopes or postcards cannot be output to the stacker.
(c) Face-up Stacker
A face-up stacker at the left of C911/C931/C941/Pro9541WT can receive 45 to 310kg
(52 to 360g/m
up in the stacker unless such sheets take up much space in height.
(d) Stacker Switching
C911/C931/C941/Pro9541WT chooses its output stacker according to whether the
face-up stacker at the left of the printer is open or closed. All the media printed on the
printer is output to the face-up stacker while the face-up stacker is open. When the
printer prints paper needed to be output to the face-up stacker while the face-up stacker
is closed, the printer may be jammed with paper.

custom size is specified for the printer, paper that width is less than 99mm or length is
less than 147mm need to be output to the face-up stacker.
e) Stacker-full sensor
Face-down and face-up stackers each have a stacker-full sensor that notifies users that
there is much paper stacked.

2.1.4 Duplex Printing

C911/C931/C941 can perform auto two-sided printing using its optional duplex unit. It can
automatically print both sides of plain paper fed from any of its paper feeders.
(1) Auto Duplex Unit Paper Weights
The duplex unit of C911/C931/C941 supports only 55 to 275kg (64 to 320g/m
plain paper fed from the auto feeder tray or MPT of the printer. The unit does not support
transparency, labels and envelopes .
(2) Auto Duplex Unit Paper Sizes
The duplex unit of C911/C931/C941 supports only the following paper sizes:
