The Galcon 7101BT sprinkler may not be working automatically and only functioning manually due to one or more of the following reasons:
1. The controller is not programmed correctly or at all. 2. The battery is unavailable or depleted. 3. A preventing sensor is connected and is stopping irrigation due to certain conditions. 4. The manual operating lever is not set to the AUTO (middle) position.
These factors can prevent automatic operation and cause the system to work only in manual mode.

I have just realised that my GalconBT 7001-6FD553C has stopped working. I can hear and feel the solenoid pulsing when the device lever is set to water automatically but almost no water is coming out.

If your Galcon 7101BT is not releasing water despite the solenoid pulsing, consider the following possible reasons:
1. Manual Lever Position – Ensure the manual mechanical operation lever is set to AUTO (mid-position). If it is in the CLOSE position, the valve will remain shut. 2. Blocked or Faulty Solenoid – The solenoid may be clogged or malfunctioning. If necessary, replace it, but do not disassemble the blue ring underneath. 3. Low Battery Power – The controller may not have enough power to fully open the valve. Check and replace the batteries if needed. 4. Preventing Sensor Activation – If a preventing sensor is connected, it may be stopping irrigation based on conditions. Verify sensor settings.
Check these factors and adjust as needed to resolve the issue.
