Door Tension Rod Assembly Installation

Slide the Door Tension Rod Assembly (Item #2) in through the Angle Support Bracket of the lower side of the trailer
assembly, refer to Figure B. Next, install (1) Pivot Rod Strap (Item #3) onto the Door Tension Rod Assemblies (Item
#2) by pre-threading (1) 1/2"-13 Flange Nut (Item #6) onto the Door Tension Rod. Then Secure the Pivot Rod Strap by
first aligning the Pivot Rod Strap to the Door & Hinge Assembly (Item #1) and using (1) more 1/2"-13 Flange Nut on
the top side of the Pivot Rod Strap. See Figure A.
Secure the Pivot Rod Strap to the Door & Hinge Assy using the Hinge of the Door Assy, see Figure C, and using (1)
1/2" Flat Washer (Item #5) and (1) Rue Ring Cotter Pin (Item #4) on both sides, refer to Figure A and Figure C.
