Classic Fruit Smoothie
This recipe works great with any type of fruit or juice,
and don't forget to add your favourite smoothie supplements.
Makes 1 serving

cup (250 ml) mixed fruit, fresh or frozen
½
banana, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces
½
cup (125 ml) juice (use your favourite)
1.
Put all ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
Secure the blade assembly.

Blend until smooth, about 45 seconds.
3.
Serve immediately.

cup (125 ml) frozen mango

cup (125 ml) baby kale
½
cup (125 ml) fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch (2.5 cm) pieces

cup (125 ml) orange juice

Put all of the ingredients, in the order listed, into the blending cup.
