7.0 SISTEMA LAVAGGIO CAMERA COTTURA
Modelli ELECTRONIC (Fig. 7-7A)
Tutti i modelli possono essere equipaggiati con il sistema automatico per il lavaggio della camera di cottura.
L'operazione di lavaggio deve essere sempre eseguita al termine del lavoro seguendo le seguenti istruzioni:
1- Cospargere, con un dosatore a spruzzo, il detersivo idoneo alla rimozione dei residui di grasso essiccato all'interno della camera di cottura,
assicurarsi che il detersivo venga applicato a tutte le incrostazioni in modo uniforme, seguendo
le prescrizioni del produttore del detersivo.
N.B. Evitare sempre il contatto diretto del detersivo con mani o altre parti del corpo.
2- Avvitare il perno (B) nell'appposita sede presente nella sommità interna della camera di cottura
dopo aver rimosso il tappo (D), applicare infine il dispositivo di lavaggio (A) bloccandolo nella
sede con la rondella (C).
3- Chiudere la porta del forno e selezionare il ciclo lavaggio camera di cottura tramite il selettore
(A) di (Fig. 5).
4- L'accensione del led verde (T) (Fig. 7A) segnalerà che il sistema elettronico è pronto per il
funzionamento.
5- Digitando i tasti (U) o (V), si attiveranno rispettivamente il ciclo di lavaggio normale, che dura 3
ore o quello prolungato che dura 5 ore. La scelta dovrà essere fatta in funzione del grado di
essicazione dei grassi presenti sulle pareti della camera di cottura.
In considerazione del tempo impiegato consigliamo di effettuare le operazioni di lavaggio
durante la notte.
N.B. Evitare assolutamente qualsiasi operazione di cottura quando nella camera è
applicato il dispositivo per il lavaggio.
7.0 COOKING CHAMBER WASHING SYSTEM
ELECTRONIC
models (Fig. 7-7A)
All the models can be equipped with the automatic washing system of the cooking chamber.
The washing-operation has to be always made at the end of the working day, following the
instructions for use below described:
1- Sprinkle all sides of the cooking chamber with a detergent suitable to remove grease and food
residuals , and be sure detergent is used uniformly everywhere ( use a spray-on product).
Furthermore, strictly follow the instructions of the detergent manufacturer, avoiding in any case,
direct contact with hands or other parts of the human body.
2- Screw the pivot pin B in its seat, located in the upper part of the cooking chamber, after having removed the plug D. At the end apply the washing
device A and fix it with the washer C.
3- Close the oven door and select the washing cycle for the cooking chamber using selector (A) in (Fig. 5).
4- Press The greed LED (T) (fig.7/A) will show that the electronic system is ready to start.
5- Pressing the buttons (U) or (V) you will start up respectively the standard washing cycle, that lasts 3 hours or the longer one, that lasts about 5
hours. The choice depends on the quantity of dry fat on the sides of the cooking chamber. In view of the needed time, we suggest you to arrange
washing operations at night.
N.B. It is absolutely essential not to start any cooking operation when the washing device is still in the cooking chamber.
7.0 AUTOMATISCHES GARRAUMWASCHSYSTEM
Modelle ELECTRONIC (Abb. 7-7A)
Alle Modelle können mit automatischem Garraumwaschsystem versehen werden.
Die Ofenreinigung muss immer am Ende eines jeden Arbeitstages auf folgende Weise ausgeführt werden:
1- Alle Wände des Garraums mit einem Reinigungsmittel aus einer Spraydose besprühen, das für die Entfernung von eingetrockenten Kochreste und
Fett geeignet ist. Das Reinigungsmittel gleichmäßig auf alle Verkrustungen unter Beachtung
der Herstelleranweisungen auftragen.
ACHTUNG: Vermeiden Sie auf jeden Fall den Kontakt mit Augen oder anderen Körperteilen.
2- Den Schraubverschluss (D) entfernen und dann den Zapfen (B) in die Bohrung an der
Garraumdecke schrauben. Zum Schluss die Waschvorrichtung (A) mit der Scheibe (C)
sichern.
3- Die Ofentür schliessen und mit dem Wählschalter (A) den Spülzyklus des Garraums wählen
(Abb. 5).
4- Das Aufleuchten der grünen LED (T) (Abb. 7/A) zeigt an, dass das elektronische System
betriebsbereit ist.
5- Nach Drücken der Taste (U) oder (V) setzt der normale Waschzyklus von 3 Stunden oder der
längere Waschzyklus von 5 Stunden ein. Die Wahl hängt von der Menge der eingetrockneten
Koch- und Fettreste im Garraum ab.
Angesichts des notwendigen Zeitaufwands empfehlen wir Ihnen, den Garraum während der Nacht
zu reinigen.
ACHTUNG: Es ist strikt untersagt, den Backofen mit angebrachter Spülvorrichtung zu benutzen.
