5.2 ISTRUZIONI SUL SISTEMA DI CONTROLLO ELETTRONICO

modelli ELECTRONIC (Fig. 5A)
Il sistema elettronico di questo forno permette tramite la manopola (B) dell'encoder l'esecuzione delle seguenti operazioni:
1 selezione e memorizzazione della temperatura nella camera di cottura nel display (L). I led luminosi (L1) e (L2) indicheranno rispettivamente il
valore della temperatura espresso in °C o in °F
2 selezione e memorizzazione della temperatura al cuore tramite la sonda a spillone nel display (O), (campo di temperatura +20°C +99°C)
3 selezione e memorizzazione del tempo di cottura, espresso in ore e minuti, nel display (N)
4 selezione e memorizzazione del grado di umidità, da 1a 99, nella camera di cottura nel display (M).
Per selezionare i valori sopra citati si dovrà premere la manopola (B) fino a quando il valore da modificare verrà visualizzato ad intermittenza.
Per modificarli sarà sufficiente ruotare la manopola (B), in senso orario i valori aumenteranno, viceversa in senso antiorario, diminuiranno.
Premendo nuovamente la manopola (B) i nuovi valori verranno memorizzati.
La programmazione del ciclo di cottura può essere eseguita nei due modi seguenti:
1- con il controllo della temperature di cottura nella camera di cottura;
1A selezionare e memorizzare il valore di temperature nella camera di cottura nel display (L);
1B selezionare e memorizzare il tempo di cottura nel display (N), se nel display (O) è visualizzata la temperature della sonda al cuore tale valore
deve essere rimosso selezionando il doppio trattino (- -);
1C selezionare e memorizzare il valore % dell'umidità desiderata nel display (M).
2- con il controllo della temperature al cuore;
2A selezionare e memorizzare il valore di temperature nella camera di cottura nel display (L);
2B selezionare il valore della temperature al cuore nel (O);
2C selezionare e memorizzare il valore % dell'umidità desiderata nel display (M).
La fine di un ciclo di cottura che preveda il funzionamento tramite la sonda al cuore avverrà automaticamente, al raggiungimento della temperatura
selezionata nel display (O); il display (N) visualizzerà il tempo trascorso.
Qualora venga scelta l'opzione di fine ciclo, sulla base del tempo, nel display (N) comparirà sempre il tempo mancante al termine del ciclo.

5.2 INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL SYSTEM

models (Fig. 5A)
The electronic system of this oven, using the encoder knob (B), allows the following operations:
1 selection and memorization of the temperature into the cooking chamber on the display (L). Indicator lights (L1) and (L2) indicate the temperature
value in °C or in °F respectively.
2 selection and memorization of the core temperature using a core probe on the display (O),
(temperature range + 20°C to + 99°C).
3 selection and memorization of the cooking time, in hours and minutes, on the display (N).
4 selection and memorization of the degree of humidity, from 1 to 99, into the cooking chamber on
the display (M).
To select the aforesaid values, press knob (B) until the value to be changed is displayed intermittently.
To change them, just turn the knob (B) clockwise to increase the values, and anti-clockwise to
decrease them.
If knob (B) is pressed again, the new values will be memorized, the double dash (- -) on the display (O)
indicates no selected value and it is located after nr. 99 and before nr.20).
The cooking cycle programming can be done in two ways as follow:
1- with temperature control into the cooking chamber;
1A selection and memorization of the cooking chamber temperature on the display (L);
1B select the time on the display (N), (in case on the display (O) the core probe temperature value
is visualized, said value must be removed by setting the double dash (- -);
1C selection and memorization the humidity % on display (M).
2- with core temperature control;
2A selection and memorization of the cooking chamber temperature on the display (L);
2B select the value of the core probe temperature value on the display (O);
2C selection and memorization the humidity % (M)
The end of a cooking cycle that requires operation using the core probe will occur automatically when the temperature selected on the display (O) is
reached. The remaining time to the end of the cycle will apprear on the display (N).
In case the end cycle option has been selected, on basd on time, on display (N) will appear the remaining time to finish the cycle.
