This service returns more details to one of the stored DTC's (Diagnostic Trouble Code). There are
7 event memory locations implemented. Each of this location can be read out by using a defined
Starting Address. If the 16 bit DTC in the Response is 0000h, no DTC was stored since last clear
at this location.
