Page 2 Victor Cart Setup  Open all the 4 locks of Trolley to take out all the parts, as shown in image.  Unlock 4 Pneumatic Wheels and slide onto Trolley’s Bottom Shelf, as shown in image.  After sliding the wheels, lock them with the knob on top.
