    VZN 500 SERIES Drain Valve Connection The drain is for flushing particle buildup out of the system during self cleaning. Cut a length of tubing (not supplied) so it reaches the drain from the Drain Valve. Connect one end of the hose to the Drain Valve with an appropriate fitting (not supplied) (Figure 4).

    VZN 500 SERIES Rinse Valve Connection Obtain a length of 3/4” garden hose long enough to reach from the Rinse Valve to the drain. Install a gasket in the end of the hose (non-drain end). Connect the hose to the Rinse Valve fitting. Use a back- up wrench on the fitting if required (Figure 6).
