Installing the Batteries

1. Turn the unit over.
2. Slide the battery cover off in the
direction of the arrow.
3. Place the four AAA batteries inside the
case following the diagram.

Adjusting the Screen Contrast

1. Press ON/OFF.
A brief demonstration appears.
2. Press CLEAR if you want to stop the
demonstration.
3. Press
screen contrast.
Note: You can adjust the screen contrast
only at a clear Ready screen.
Disabling the Demo
You probably don't want to view the au-
tomatic demonstration each time you
turn this product on. To disable the
demo, type
