La sortie en tension est isolée de la masse, l’application d’une surtension à la sortie en tension causerait la destruction de l’appareil. Les plages de pression (plages de mesure) sont indiquées sur l’étiquette signalétique de l’appareil. Le non-respect des dites plages de mesure entraînera des mesures erronées, des incertitudes de mesure plus élevées ou peut causer la destruction du convertisseur de pression.
