with different styles, sizes and settings to meet the user's
needs. Ultimately, the final selection of a wheelchair rests
solely with you and your healthcare professional. The
following individual characteristics must be considered
when choosing a power wheelchair:
1. Height & weight (size), disability, strength and
balance coordination.
2. Intended use and level of activity.
3. Type of hazards to overcome daily (areas likely used
by the wheelchair).
4. Safety and comfort options (such as positioning belts
or specialty seating systems).
B. ADJUSTING POWER WHEELCHAIR TO
YOUR ABILITY
Work with your doctor, nurse or therapist and your
authorized supplier to ensure that your power wheelchair
has the appropriate settings to suit your level of function
and ability.
C. REVIEW THIS OWNER'S MANUAL OFTEN
Before using this power wheelchair, you and each person
who may assist you, should read this entire Owner's
Manual and follow all instructions. Review all warning
notices often until they become top of mind.

Owner's Manual as well as on the power wheelchair, where
