Artwork area/VU meter

• Displays/hides artwork area.
• The picture data is displayed if available from
current content.
• Touch to switch between the artwork and VU
meter.
Function panel

Touch the left side of the screen to display the
function panel. Touch again to close the panel.
• [TI]: Selects the traffic information mode. For
details, see Traffic Information (P.46).
• [SETUP]: Displays the Digital Radio SETUP
screen. For details, see Digital Radio Setup
(P.47).
• [PTY]: Searches for a program by program
type. For details, see Search by program type
(P.45).
• [DLS]: Display the Dynamic Label Segment
screen.
Indicator Items

• [DAB+]: Digital Radio is being received.
• [RDS]: Radio Data System is being received.
• [MC]: Receiving service is displayed.
White: Primary Component is received.
Orange: Secondary Component is received.
• [TI]: Indicates the reception state of traffic
information.
White: TP is being received.
Orange: TP is not being received.
Storing Service in Preset
Memory
You can store the current receiving service in
the memory.

Select a service you wish to store in
memory.

Touch [
] on the right side of the screen.

Touch [P#] (#:1-15) in which you want to
store the station for 2 seconds until a
beep sounds.

Selecting Operation

Search by program type
You can tune in the station broadcasting the
specified type of program when listening to
Digital Radio.

] on the left side of the screen.
Touch [PTY].
h PTY Search screen appears.
